1 - If I now exit the country after my visa "Enter Before" date has passed, will I need to get a new visa before I return?

2 - What happens when the extension of stay passes? Can I get a further extension without a new visa?

Ok, forget about your visa.

• You have permission to stay until August 31st. If you want to leave and return before that date then you can buy a re-entry permit for 1,000 baht. When you re-enter the IO will give you permission to stay until August 31st.
• Mid July is the earliest you would be able to apply for a new extension of stay.
• If you are returning after August 31st then you will need a new visa.

p.s. If you leave and return before July 21st you do not need to report on July 21st. The 90 day clock resets to day 1 on the day you return.

Incidentally, regarding the title you gave this topic, there is no connection at all between the expiration date of your visa, the expiration of your current permission to stay, and the due date for your next notification of staying in Thailand longer than 90 days.

This depends not on the date of your departure from Thailand, which you said will be "at the end of June", but on the date of your return to Thailand, which you said will be "a few weeks" later.

If you return in time to submit your new application for extension not later than 31 August 2016, you will not need to get a new visa before your return.

And after that mistake of yours and your use of "non-O (M) issued for marriage", the next mistake was that all but myself failed to ask and get clarification of what you meant with those terms and rushed in with speculations about what you might mean. In the end, the matter got cleared up and no harm has been done.

Thank you. I was reading the forum on a tabled and did not see your photo there. Moved to the laptop now and there I get the photo. This answers the first question and leaves the first part of the second question unanswered.

The arrival stamp has two dates on it, on separate lines:

ADMITTED [date]

UNTIL [date]

On your last arrival stamp, what date is stamped after the word "ADMITTED"

ADMITTED - 31 OCT 2015

UNTIL - 31 AUG 2016

by the way, my most recent extension of stay stamp also says "31 AUG 2016"

It seems you applied for a one year extension of stay during the last 30 days of the first entry from your visa. August 31st is 90 days from June 3rd.

You apparently also have a re-entry permit in your passport since you were stamped in until Augusts 31 which is equal to your permit to stay date on the extension stamp. If you had used your visa for entry it would of been until the end of January of this year.

Your visas expiration date is irrelevant now since you got a extension of stay. You should only gotten a single entry non-o visa if your intent at the time was to apply for an extension of stay.
