proof of address for marriage registration

I am beginning the process of marrying my longtime girlfriend. I rent a condo from a hotel. My girlfriend has her blue tabien baan from her home in Buriram. We would like to register the marriage at the Amphur Banglamung. What do I need to bring to the Amphur as proof of residence?

What did others do? I can't fit my address in that space in any reasonably readable manner.
