looking it up on Google Earth is a quick way to see a map.

It's a street or two across from Huay Keaw Rd. Maneenopparat St. Behind the new Power Buy store

They will give you the forms you need and tell you when it will be ready.

Easy alternative is an E Visa through the government site - evisa.moip.gov.mm

Can't remember the details -I am moving and all my files are packed.

Very easy process from your desktop without spending a lot of time.

E visa is a breeze and allows a months travel and cost $50. One important thing to remember is that these are only valid if you intend to fly into the country. If crossing into Burma via land you need full visa from the consulate.
