tuanku
In a country where criticizing a dog can result in a prison sentence anything is possible, even thinking illegally By "critisizing a dog," I think you mean a round-about way to insult the people who, along with the military, are the reason Thailand is not "Greater Vietnam," and sharing in their low standard of living. One would have to be ignorant and/or a jerk to want to do that, in the first place. Facebook = Zukerberg the Globalist, who is anti-sovereign nation and pro-transnational colonization of the world. He wants no borders and no national-cultures. Let's hope this referendum can be decided with Transnational-Corporate Propaganda kept out of it, to spite their billions in corporate and ngo tentacles - populated with mostly well-meaning useful-idiots who are clueless as to the big picture. Better we listen to ill meaning useLESS idiots who are blinkered by propaganda and can only see the narrow picture. If any group is responsible for Thailand not being assimilated by Vietnam (allowing the huge assumption that was ever on the cards) it is the USA who occupied Thailand with the consent of the Government of the day in the 60s and 70s and directed and facilitated and funded/equipped anti-communist activities. The Thai military would not have stood a chance otherwise. You give credit where it is not due.
sead
Think i have to wait and buy my condo. I don't know where this is heading. Just when you think it can't get more stupid. When is enough, enough for the Thais?
hansnl
Did my pilot make a mistake and land me in North Korea? Suppose you have ever been to NK? You must be, seen the certainty you write this. Or maybe it is stupidity speaking? If your pilot had landed you in NK, you would be in prison for a heck of a long time, or in an unmarked grave for an even longer time. He loves you...why don't you love him? You are his children...must he bring out his whip...and beat you into submission?

gk10002000
Just wondering: 1: What law(s) might they be breaking? 2: Can they share their political ideas legally some other way? 3: How do you define a law when there is no constitution? Is the law whatever the junta says is the law? Tough way to do business when you don't know what is what
yellowboat
As coups go, the last coup was so much better than this one. He is reacting like coups leaders decades earlier. The man has got nothing going for himself as a leader. He is just full of threats, strange nationalism and boring tirades. It is far too easy to break the laws in Thailand today. tartempion
Why having a vote? It's a waste of money. Thailand has a prime minister and a government, let it remain like that.
