Like the title says, I leave for a month tomorrow and my reporting due date is the 7th, do I need to report or just get the re-entry permit at the airport when I leave?

No, you don't need to report as you're not staying longer than 90 days.

The 90 day count will start again when you return. The day you return counts as day 1 of the 90.
