Unidentified Man Shot After Late Night Argument

PATTAYA: At 04.00 am in the early hours of Sunday 3rd July Pol Capt Assawin Chanto, Sub Inspector Inquiry Banglamung’s Police Station was informed of a shooting in front of rental room in Soi Boonnakhom.

Arriving at the location with fellow officers and Sawanboriboon Rescue they found in front of a rental room under the pouring rain an unidentified man aged around 20-25 years old. The man was wearing a black T Shirt and black shorts and lying in pool of blood. On top of his body there was a red and black Honda Wave motorcycle licensed in Chonburi.

On closer inspection Pattaya police observed there was a gunshot wound in the man’s forehead and a bullet still inside.

Residents to the area said while in their rooms they overheard an argument, followed by a sound like firecracker. When they came out to investigate they found the man lying on the ground with motorcycle on top of his body. They lifted the motorcycle and tried to help the man but they could not detect a pulse so they called the police.
