Is there a new form of an Application Letter from Immigration Office in

Chiang Mai about applying for the new yearly VISA application, and also a

new application letter for the normal 90 days application procedure.

Please advice.

Hi.

The new page in printed on both sides with many many outline requests

and one can to both the annual Visa, and the 90 days on the same letter.

At the top left on the first page side is the request to state either annual Visa or the 90 days application procedure, and the items have to be printed on both sides of the letter.

Then the printed input of the new application letter is the same for the two

procedures of Visa and 90 days, and the 90 days application requires now a photo also.

When visiting the Immigration office the will check the input procedure and if not 100 % correct they will then inform the details and people will then know the procedure.

After the first application of Visa and 90 days in the new letter then the applicants will know what do do next time.
