A secure boarder is what matters, and is what the people want and expect.  That is what he needs to deliver, and no one cares how much wall/fence/ditch is involved.

Trump was presented, both by himself and his supporters, as a straight talking guy. Not a politician. Means what he says. Figuratively....right.

You name it, it's here.  Pick any item off this site:

Are you serious, about a third were to do with the protests anyway.

You linked a partisan website, with hyperbole (to put it mildly) headlines.

It's quite telling that you cannot actually name any "important issue" being "ignored".

Are you serious?

Examples abound!  ISIS, Illegal Alien Crime, CEO making Trump Death Threats, Syria/al-Quida and on and on!

ISIS is always on the news.

Crimes are reported.

The CEO making threats story was linked already.

Syria is on at least three running topics, even on TVF.

None of these important issues is being "ignored" by mainstream media

Surely you had a point there, somewhere.

Yes, my point which you overlooked is the amount of screen time these protesters are receiving vs. the important issues of the day.

CNN seems to be the biggest offender in this regard.  Endless scenes of anarchy and mayhem with the oft-repeated 'what a disaster' that Trump was elected.

TrueVisions is giving me a giant headache!

Well they had the same, if not more, elections related broadcasts and coverage for months. So in this is simply a continuation of the same. This is happening in the US right now, hence it gets covered. Doesn't mean other stuff is "ignored", as you claimed.

TrueVisions is against Trump as well?

They must be as that satellite provider carries only negative Trump news.

CNBC Squawk Box with Joe Kernan is the only semi middle-of-the-road program I've found.

He is also figuratively speaking going to create jobs, fix the infrastructure, make education affordable, and solve the cost of healthcare. Literately speaking he is going to fill the coffers of his family business.....

You are simply repeating the same old and going off tangent. I didn't comment about him not becoming president, didn't even argue the election results. His victory does not change the fact that ere are potential issues involving conflict of interest. They have been dodged by Trump himself, and by his supporters, but not addressed. This is more of the same, another deflection.

LOL. You say that like it will make a difference. He will be president, he will have a GOP majority in the house, he will do whatever he does.

Perhaps some of us would have more interest in what the anti Trumpers have to say if they waited till he had the chance to actually make a mistake. Till then it's just pixels.

Skipped over this one again did you?

http://thefreethoughtproject.com/soros-funding-hiring-anti-trump-protesters/

The operative paragraph:   While it’s certainly true Soros hasn’t forked over a personal check to any participants in these events — frankly, even suggesting that would be the case ignorantly ignores the larger issues at play — the association of organizations and groups his Open Society Foundations funding is not only evident, it should not be dismissed.

A news site no one has heard of makes a vague speculative sort-of accusation.  Keep trying.

Actually he said it had to be beautiful because they would probably name it after him.  Trump fence.

Guess he isn't quite the marketed non-politician-straight-talker-saying-it-is-like-it-is-guy.

Never thought he was, but not a lot of difference between a wall and a fence when it comes to keeping illegal aliens out.

Not sure who bought that. More of a left wing talking point. He said a lot of honest things that no politician would say, mixed with plenty of other things that he had to walk back. His supporters concentrated on the positives and swept him to victory.

His supporters said they liked him because he said what was on his mind.  You're saying what was on his mind was lies.

I care UG because it makes you WRONG!    You are a self declared 'non Trump' supporter, you just thought he was better than Hillary whom you hated. But now Hillary has gone and is no longer on the scene you just cannot bring yourself to criticise Trump can you. HE PROMISED a wall, a big big beautiful wall, more beautiful than any other wall. Do you think the rednecks would have gone to his rally's shouting 'build a fence, build a fence'. - NO! They wanted a WALL.

It makes me wrong how? I never said he was going to build a wall.

As far as what his supporters want, they do not seem to care if it is a wall or a fence or both. They just want border security. The only ones whining about a wall are the losing parties who said that he could never win.

He did say what was on his mind and he lied as well. His opponents had "private positions" and not a lot of honesty. Donald Trump was the lesser of two evils, but it is looking like he might rise to the occasion and end up being a pretty good president.
