  Couldn't you just replace Cortana ( Chicog sounds okay to me ) and read messages out loud, your jokes are already good enough, not sure about your singing capacities, but I'm sure you'll be able to give verbal prompts. 

I have the anniversary update and all the issues listed in the post by Chicog work fine for me.

That's because they are in build 14905.

You are on build 14393.
