Noise pollution - LOUD singing till midnight?!?

Featured Replies

... The last few nights. Seems no one needs to sleep before midnight?

The noise is terrible and unrelenting, hour after hour, non stop singing. LAMPHUN, near the stadium.

Loud singing on a Friday and Saturday night...finishing at midnight?
really?

you got a GOOD room!!!!   4 a.m. is common....

when you pay 7 baht for a room, hard to have any expectations....

now, if you paid over 400....then i can a little concern

Money has nothing to do with noise pollution.

The most expensive condo's along the river (also restaurants) have to suffer from longtailboats and partyboats with very loud music...and they just park right infront of the terrace.

Same in the moobaans, never buy a house at near the walls but even in the middle you're not safe.

I stayed in kanchanaburi at a nice riverresort which was good untill those floating partythings came buy, every minute another one with super loud music, untill deep in the night....

For  Thai it's all acceptable...i wonder though if those partyboats also dare to go stop infront of a 5* hotel all night long.
