Hi everyone,

Is there any learning website for the Thai traffic laws? I have to pass the exam in 2 days.

Thanks

Have a look at the pinned topic:

It links to this site:

http://thaidriving.info/

where you find the three PDFs with all known questions in English (total 90).

Out of these 90 Q the computer will select 50.

45 must be answered correctly,

SWOTTING is the only way to deal with the questions (especially in this short time).

Some Q are hard to understand, graphics terrible/blurry, few Q/A are plain wrong (you have to tick an answer that is plain wrong to get the point).

At the computerized test: take your time (plenty), read carefully, review the answers (they can be corrected before finally hitting done).

Thank you very much Khunbenq, I have done this test few times already, I came to the same conclusion, need to give the wrong answers sometimes but I'm wondering if the actual test would have the same mistakes.

Did you pass the test or just gave your home driving license?

I found this on a website:

U-turns are not allowed on a bridge or at an intersection. Variations on the U-turn question accounted for about 20% of the test. (Maybe they’re trying to stress this in the test because Thai drivers like to U-turn absolutely anywhere?)

At a 4-way intersection, the car on the left has the right-of-way.

For any questions about what kind of vehicle is not allowed on the road, the answer is always the car with something broken or missing (brake light, headlight, windshield, invalid plates).

For any question about when you’re not supposed to drive, the answer is always the situation where you’re physically or mentally impaired (drinking alcohol, about to have a heart attack, etc.) Take a gander at this actual question from the test:

Q: If you’re driving and find yourself feeling drowsy, you should…
A. Slow down
B. Drink coffee
C. Take an amphetamine pill
D. Pull over and rest until you feel ready to continue driving

It's tricky I don't know which one is better, drinking coffee or amphetamine pill, I would answer the pill, seems stronger

When I did the computer test  I'm pretty sure that the ones I answered "wrongly" where asked again further down the list

of course I answered "wrongly"  then to 2 sets and failed.

I did the test in July 2015 for the motorcycle license (which I do not have from home country).

Got 47 correct. Wrong answers due to unnecessary haste and not carefully reading (double negation e.g.).

English is not my native language.

All questions were from the 90 questions in the PDF files.

Thai car license since 2011 based on IDP/home country license without ANY test. No idea why I had to do absolutely no test. It's not the rule.

Ok I passed, indeed some questions come 2 times, a bit unfair if you are wrong, apart from the few tricky questions there is nothing too complicated especially after doing the online test.

Next step is to drive the car between the plots I hope there is no penalties if you are sober.

So I was not me having another hallucination.

Even their random generator does not work flawlessly.

Randomly select 50 unique questions out of 90.

Programming is a hard job :)

Maybe they got bored doing it and could not think of 90 different questions so just repeated a few/lot and gave them a different number.........:whistling: :coffee1:
