:D Hi guys,,, my brother will be going to penang on Saturday, he would be applying for a non b visa (double entry),, I would like to know from any of you guys if there has been any problems getting Non O visa in penang. I went there and go my visa through a travel agent with no problems,, But due to the current "CRACKDOWNS :o " or new visa laws ,, id like to know if any of you guys have been there and encountered some problems.. Thank you in advance :D

As Penang does not issue anything but single entry visas at last report do not believe your brother has any chance of obtaining a multi entry B visa (they are not double entry). Single entry non immigrant O visa for marriage or child should still be available.
