Misleading headlines and everyone jumps to conclusions.

Strange you mention this.

Isn't this the thing what happeneds inhere daily multiple times if something happends in Thailand?

That are the pro's and specialists who are speaking.

Being a Hgv driver for 45 years and seen a lot of accidents, I see no jack knived truck, the low loader if hit the bridge would be further down the road and the machine would be askew on the trailer. Looks like the bridge just collapsed to me. As for the damage to the White truck looks like the damage that would occur, remember the trucks would be running at 55mph. Nothing stops dead at that speed

Sorry I am not that mistrusting of law enforcement in Europe. At least Western Europe that is.

For the British police, Hillsborough, or more recently Plebgate, would suggest they're not always 100% truthful.

But bringing in Western Europe... The Italian police in the Amanda Knox case told her she was HIV+ so she'd write down her sexual partners so they could be contacted, then leaked the list to the press. (and two weeks later told her, sorry, our mistake, you're not HIV+)

At the moment the Plod are vexed, as it seems (and reported by the driver of the low loader) the bridge came down after being struck by the Jib of the digger on the low loader,  the bridge failed at a joint across the span yet the Jib on the digger is hardly damaged? The poor guy in the larger truck in middle lane was cruising along when next minute the bridge came down and tore the top off his semi.... he came to a stop (was lucky his cab had already cleared the span before it came down)

Luckily no one sustained any bad injuries so Plod are appealing for witnesses and investigations are continuing, no charges brought against anyone yet... (this was from a Beeb UK news report Sat night) They are saying rd will be opened for tomorrow Bank hol monday
