This is actually quite shocking the more I think about it. That the police just let him off like this was a nothing crime.  This happened in one of our best malls and ...luckily? it was adult women? who didn't end up on the internet this time?  Who was it the many times before as surely this wasn't the first time he did this!!  This man is a sexual predator and they just let him go as if he threw down some litter or yelled too loud and "disturbed some people" in the mall.  Doesn't Central Festival give damn about this for one?  This didn't happen in some low life tourist drunken girlie area.  How would you feel if your 8 year old daughter was in the next stall?  All ages of girls and women are in there at any time.  I am not prepared for men to ever be in those bathrooms and something like this should be taken very seriously.  Unfortunately I think some "men" at the moment, got to decide what would happen, and they decided, that this wasn't very serious and just some "boys being boys" and "pay the Thai girls some money" and never mind.  I think this was a very poor decision!!

It's now not allowed to publish pictures of 'suspects'.  This is the police carrying on this practice but with a blur.  Wonder if he consented to the pic.  In this case, the guy is probably guilty but he shouldn't be photographed and published.
