Where to get custom colored glass?

Hi folks, does anyone have any suggestions for where to get custom colored glass in Thailand? It's better if located near to Chiang Mai but if not, ... it's okay as well.  (domestic transportation is cheap here..) Tempered or not tempered (tempered preferred) but definitely not laminated. The glass has to be see through. I don't need large quantity only few sheets. Different colors and thickness. Suggestions for shops, factories or any kind of small business (with personal experiences) are welcome. Illustrating my imagination see the pic bellow. I'd like to use the glass for handmade artwork. Because of I don't need so much, price is not an important factor.

Nothing to do with the shop "Index".

 

What I meant is that you click on the first entry on the index on the left hand panel of the map.  It says "Glass & Mirror Supplier"  - that will show you where it is.
