I had a case against another insurance company when I was younger, it took 6 years before it was cleared thru the courts. As I don't want to spend my time in Sweden I just let it go and see it as learning money... never trust an insurance company and keep a healthy reserve in the bank!

i dont understand why people get any overstay, couple of days a few week ok accidents happen, but 6 months 1/2/3 years i dont get it.
