The difference is most Americans don't have a team of tax lawyers and accountants looking to game the system.  Do  you think it's ok for Trump to pay less taxes than a middle class family?  Or for him to hide his assets overseas?  Or to take advantage of tax laws meant to help small businesses?  There are many other wealthy folks that don't try to scam the system the way Trump does, even though they can.

Does not matter what I "think" or "feel" because the fact remains that businesses are going to do whatever they can do to increase profits and if its legal, its not "gaming" the system.

Trump pays more than a middle class family.

Its not "Scamming" the system if its legal.

I would love to see people that support Hillary give up their Foreign Earned Income/Physical Presence Exemption.

Only one?  There's the climate change hoax thing, tax breaks for the wealthiest, anti-globalization/trade, birther, refusal to release tax returns, buddies with Putin, the constant lying and racism.....man, so many more.

The problem with that, is that for every bad thing ( and climate change hoax isn't one of them ) anyone can bring against Trump, there is an equal, if not more, list of bad things that she has done.

Even Deep Thought couldn't declare a winner at this stage, based solely on their records.

Somebody please send Donald a case of drinking water (Trump bottled water of course) as he drank all the water during the debate.   I thought they might have to interrupt the debate to get him some more water.

He was definitely uncomfortable in having to debate (fight) one-on-one against someone with brains instead of being in a group cage fight with a bunch of wantabes like during the Republican primaries where just brief and short punches had to be thrown at a bunch of fighters....almost like one of those wild west cowboy saloon fights.

I wonder if they are all as disappointed as I? What an anticlimax. IMO a draw. She didn't fall over or cough, he didn't go OTT. Boring as.

I won't be bothering with the next two, however I'm hopeful Pence can take Kaine down, as he's a far better orator, and I'll be checking the VP debate out.

Pence is your standard midwest Republican dullard and bore. The kind of person who you know is really laughing hard cause his chest is moving a bit.

Kaine is a Virginian, as were Jefferson, Washington, Madison, the traitor Robert E. Lee, the Potus James Monroe of the Monroe Doctrine, among many other high profile Americans. Kaine is well educated, intelligent, personable, thoughtful, dynamic.

The bottom line is that while Trump is a wild man radical, Pence is your typical Indiana Republican conventional and predictable boring.

Their debate will be decidedly one-sided so try to be well rested when you sit to watch it.

Pence = zzzzzzzz.

If that is the case he should have done that.

Now all analysts, even the arm chair TV analyst that don't like Hillary and even Fox, admit that Trump performed poorly.

Mostly bond holders got hung out to dry in Trump's multiple bankruptcies..

And the shareholders in his only attempt at a public held company. Shareholders lost 90 cents on every dollar they paid for shares in Trump Hotel and Casino Resort. Competing companies such as Harrah doubled their money and others made of over 400% during the same period.  Meanwhile,  Trump was paying himself millions in bonuses.

Perhaps Kaine is all you say, but he can't orate, and that's all that counts in a debate.

And all along.

How so? This race was over for me months ago. Neither of these candidates reaches the lowest threshold of someone I would consider voting for. I'm astonished so many people have been sucked in by either of them.

It's the patriotic duty of all Americans to use every legal method to minimize their taxes and therefore shrink, and hopefully starve, the government beast.

You hide and watch to see how it goes and turns out.

Then get back to me plse thx.

For one thing, Pence won't like the moderator interrupting his mental catnaps when it comes to be his turn to speak.

He only had to not lose it and go OTT to remain in contention. Mission accomplished.

No one is going to change their vote based on that gabfest of hot air ( from both ). Neither embarrassed the other or scored big points. Like I say- boring, boring, boring.

You think those poor schmucks who paid $36,000 for his shlock seminars at Trump "University" were bondholders?

I remember the $100 million dollar tax break he got from the Mayor Koch administration in New York in the late '70s to build Trump Tower, a luxury mall and condo.  The Times reports that his benefits from tax breaks over the years amounted to $885 million.

I must congratulate you on having your own opinion. You're one of the few ones who won't admit that his butt was kicked.

Good answer. The government is the reason Trump is doing so well. It has become a bloated beast sucking the life out of the middle class.

Including bribing the Attorney General of Florida not to investigate Trump "University" with a $25,000 cash contribution to her campaign as well as use of his estate for a fundraiser valued (subsequently by Trump himself) at $150,000?

Very patriotic.  Deserves the Medal of Honor.

Paying $36K to Trump University is the financial equivalent of the Darwin Awards IMO.

In a capitalist society Caveat Emptor is the rule.

If he maximized his profit in a legal way, he is only being a good capitalist. If people don't like it, they should have voted for Bernie.

Pathetic grasping at straws...if there was any crime committed, don't you think there is an ambitious federal or county prosecutor in the state who would be running to the nearest courthouse to file charges? Why even the Red Jelly Bean didn't see this supposed "bribery" worth a debate mention...I wonder why?

He also bribed bought HRC among other politicians. I'm surprised he hasn't brought that up more. She is the prime example of a politician for sale.

The Mexican peso/US dollar currency cross is possibly the most sensitive markets gauge of how likely a Donald Trump victory is, as traders worry about whether a Trump President would dismantle trade relations with its southern neighbour.

Good point. Between the two of them, only one is being investigated by the FBI.

People who don't like it are going to elect HIllary.  And then the Dems are going to roll back, just a little, some of the more egregious abuses of people like Trump and the actual billionaire donor class.  It won't be enough, but it will be a start.

It doesn't matter if in your opinion he lost. He didn't blow it, so he is no worse off now than before. He lost not one vote. Like I said, a draw.

Maybe the Mexicans know something we don’t? I shall not speculate on whether Clinton won or was Trumped, but clearly, the highest beta currency to a Trump victory thinks she did!
