After 2 1/2 years late in constructions I got finely my  2 condos  in Pattaya (dont laugth !!)

Where can I find a draft for standard contract in english.

With rules , price, water/ electric, deposit etc.

 

Beside this any rules with immigration, taxes , civil responsabilities I should be aware of.

You can buy contracts from stationary shops, but usually only in thai.

but it seams well adapted to Long term rental
but I think it should be tranformed a lit bit , any idea where I could find a document more adapted to
short time condo rental ?
