Handlebars KLX250

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

i recently bought an older klx and the handlebars are little bit bend....want something new,but stronger.

found burning shop has protaper bars, but 4200 baht...is there anything strong but least expensive to find?

i am goin to paint the bike flat black soon,so looking for handlebars in that color.

thx in advance

Hi Nikotin,

Try to have a look in any accessories/parts thai scooters-motorcycles-shop. Plenty of Protaper copies (even with the proper sticker sometimes :P) for about 500-600 Bahts some years ago.

Many colors and sizes.

Strong, I don't really know, but I use these to refurbish my vintage japanese trials bikes and I'm happy with that. I'm not a bike killer though

One shop you can easily find is on Chang Moi road RHS about half-way when going toward Ping river. Usually a lot of motorcycles in front of, busy atmosphere, a bit dark inside, but many cheap accessories and parts hanging all over the place... I forgot the name, sorry...

Another one on Sri Donchai road. RHS going to the moat, about 300 meters from Pantip Plaza. A lot of helmets desplayed in front of this one, not so busy, and more about accessories, no genuine brand parts...

Hope this may help,

Good luck.
