the problem is more widespread, beyond even the treatment room...

 

a women at the hairdressers,

when she tilts her head back on that big curved plastic water shield,

is actually having similar compression of the neck in the same region(s).

(my sister is a hairdresser, and she was notified of this known-problem, to be aware of taking care with this...)

How would you feel if it were your kid?   Not so flippant about thinning the herd, I'd bet.  

 

Me, on the other hand?  If he's got genes (and upbringing) from someone with your compassion, I'd flip a coin whether it would be any great loss.  How's that feel?
