Wheat is a cereal crop .and grass is  for cattle feed .

Wheat  ,if that  is what  you meant ,not easy to find  ,or  grow ,here in Thailand ,(unless  you want the grain   for poultry  feed ).

It grows  in the northern  province's ,a  bit cooler  ,but in  central Thailand  ,and around  Bangkok ,gets a bit to hot.

Could  try   Thai  Google ,wheat  in Thai is ขาว้สาลี  Khow-Sarley.

Wheatgrass is a food prepared from the cotyledons of the common wheat plant, Triticum aestivum (subspecies of the family Poaceae). It is sold either as a juice or powder concentrate.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wheatgrass

This request would be better if moved over to the "Western food in Thailand forum"  http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/forum/83-western-food-in-thailand/
