BlueScouse Posted October 11, 2016 Share Posted October 11, 2016 I was going to suggest going to Singapore to the doctor there, however he is not on the latest list of approved doctors.He was on the list given by Fithman. I guess he has retired, as he was quite old.The only other doctor in the region is in Kuala Lumpur. The guy is on the mca official list which i assume someone also posted above. Blood tests are needed for eng1. Phillipines or singapore would be my second choise. Theres a few in phillipines.
