lopburi3 Posted October 12, 2016 Share Posted October 12, 2016 As said if being done legally there should not be any need to pay fees to a lawyer - immigration will provide you all the information required if BF unable to do or understand himself. Basically all he needs if financial proof and fill out a TM.7 form (plus perhaps several others at time of application) and pay the 1,900 baht fee. After obtained he will have to report address on TM47 every 90 days. If you need specific information people here can answer your questions.
