Don't kid yourself, the government is not considering making the use of it legal and, even if it was considering it, the drug's use would not be "about to be legal", it's either legal or it's not.

The comment I was replying to referenced dangerous drugs, not illegal ones.

It's just so easy to get Thai police uniforms and other paraphernalia here, there was a shop at the Sukhamvit end of Soi Siam selling everything you need, not sure if it still there though.
