Am I The Last Person To Get An Investment Visa?

Seeing as the rules were being changed I decided to apply for an Investment Visa whilst I still had the chance, but it was a very close run thing, I didn't have anything ready until the very last day Immigration were open before the rule change, and didn't get my application in until a while after closing hours, anyway I nearly managed to mess it up as had to go back on the 25th when my stamp ran out but forgot they were closed on Saturdays. Didn't get there until 17:30 on the 24th, 30 minutes after closing, was very fortunate there were still a few staff there, although no customers, and one helpful woman did my extension for me.

I reckon I'm probably the last ever person to get an investment visa, can anyone beat 17:30 on the 24/11/06?

Thanks to SunBelt and his Lawyer too, would never have done it on my own at that short notice.
