BANGKOK: -- Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-ocha has written another patriotic song to encourage the spirits and to rebuild the morale of the people.

The song, Hope and Faith, was the third song the prime minister has written since he seized power from the civilian government in 2014.

Gen. Prayuth Drops Sax-Heavy Ballad To Cheer Thais

By Asaree Thaitrakulpanich, Staff Reporter -

BANGKOK — Settle in for another smooth jazz ballad from junta chairman Prayuth Chan-ocha, who just Wednesday dropped his latest single, “Hope and Faith,” a track recorded in advance of His Majesty King Bhumibol’s death two weeks ago.

In addition to his famed motorcycle riding ability and toppling of the previous civilian government, the retired general is known for penning saccharine ballads for the public, such as “Returning Happiness to the People,” the anthem of his regime that played for much of two years on television and radio.

What he really wants to say,

Let's join together and have 1 government  rule the country in peace and harmony .

It's lucky the Thais have the pillars of purity to take care of them now.

Stick to the day job perhaps.

Some might suggest he's better at songwriting than running the country !

It certainly won't beat " I was Kaiser Bill's Batman ' as something to whistle.

It's a good contingency plan for when he gets kicked out of office...

Thailands Got Talent or X Factor ??

Prayuth has a lot in common with his nemesis Thaksin.

Biker boys and singing stars.

Prayuth has the better voice, better even than the super hot Arisman Pongruangrong. Thaksin isn't even in their league when it comes to vocalizing.

The biggest obstacle is the Junta. Way to go Nero keep em coming. Make the next one and call it the "Election Blues" Borrow an Elvis costume and twist them hips. Guitar optional.

Makes sense .

Did you deliberately leave out the ' or else ' bit ?

The news of his departure from his present, usurped position would be music to most people's ears.  If you cannot wow them with your achievements, revert to catchy, nationalistic songs.
