Post the locations in a forum, a group or give to new members is a problem. You never know who is the person looking this postings. Many thiefs are in lost place groups only for get good informations

I’m always astounded at these places where people have literally not turned up one day and have walked away from everything.

Often they have lost it to the bank. Then it has to be checked which creditors are entitled. This procedure can take several years.

Here are 3 locations you can find in north Pattaya.

1. A ruin, but people live there. 12.96439 100.89024

3. The big complex with blue glas

In central Pattaya, roughly opposite the former 'le Montien hotel' (but hidden behind other structures). First time I saw it was at the end of the nineties. In fact nothing has happened. It's just standing idle there. I think all the 'valuables' have been looted. Also some homeless people may stay there once in a while.

What a lovely property. With these abandoned places, one has to wonder about the background behind their demise. Surely this would be a hotel/resort in demand.

It's the Le Palais resort in Koh Phan Ngan. Opened in 2014, was surrounded by controversy for years with Cambodia accusing it of "cultural appropriation". Finally killed by Covid.

It is still listed as "temporarily closed" but the pictures from helbob don't look very temporary.
