Sorry if this is a dumb question but I cannot see anything obvious on the VFS website.

 

A friend has to submit biometrics in connection with her Oz visa application she submitted online.

 

 

For UK applications there is a calendar from which you pick a date and time - I see no such facility (or instructions) for booking appointments on the VFS Oz visas site.

Just turn up with the letter if you've applied online

I quite like that idea but my only concern is that the immigration letter states that "You should make an appointment prior to attending the VAC.."

 

The fact that there is no specific guidance on the VFS website adds weight to the suggestion of just turning up.
