" No idea mate, cheddar cheese tastes like nothing compared to European cheese anyway."

That's as naive as saying English beer is better than American beer. Perhaps you'd prefer Canadian Cheddar or Australian Cheddar?

And is there a definition of "European cheese"? Isn't England in Europe?

England is in Britain mate! An island at the coast of Europe where they can't brew beer nor make cheese. Guess what? They even can't speak english in some parts of it and sure can't build decent cars (like the Americans can't).

They drink some black piss they call beer,  eat fish and chips and their vegy is green pea's. That's all they do there. Their skin is rusty, they can't play soccer but can make nice gardens.

There's ONLY one country which brews decent real beer and that's Belgium. You can even buy it in Thailand.

IMHO, Hilary Clinton lost the elections only because of her leaked emails.
Stupid as stupid does.

No necessarily….she has a decades long image of being shifty, lying, untrustworthy and corrupt…the email sag just confirmed it.

And thank you for your opinion. Everyone has one. I don't have time to argue with you as the cows are not ready to come home.

I do agree that they can't play soccer in England, because the game played there is called football.

The U.S. government is based on a system of checks and balances.

The reason for this, as given by the government and taught in the schools, is so no one party or person can get too powerful and take over the government.

The more accurate reason for checks and balances is so that the system that favors the rich and powerful never really changes. Only the names of the "drivers" behind the self programmed steering wheel changes.

In other words. Don't expect any major changes over the next 4 years. There will still be dissent, and certain groups will be targeted for discrimination. Enough to divert attention away from those who benefit most from the present system, but not enough to overturn the apple cart.

No, you really don't get it.

The U.S. presidency has MASSIVE power.

He can rule by executive order and instantly wipe out everything Obama did by executive order.

His party now COMPLETELY controls all branches of government, except the supreme court, which with a few picks, that will change soon too.

As far as FOREIGN POLICY and MAKING WARS, the U.S. president has almost total power with no approval by congress necessary.

So the most powerful man in the world now is trump. The world should be very afraid.

Another one that failed to pay attention. Obama has issued 139 executive orders needing ZERO approval by congress. trump can wipe all of those out instantly and do his own, as any president could. Anyone those that say trump won't have massive power are DELUDING themselves.

trump is a man that praises dictatorial strongmen, some of his most ardent supporters are indeed literally Nazis, and now Americans have gifted his man the most powerful office in the world with a congressional control for his party. Insanity!

Welcome to fascism, American style.

The big question is if the nation can survive it.

Does the President have any spending authority?  Follow the money and you will see who has the power in the USA.

The only people who need to be afraid of Trump are illegal immigrants and terrorists and people trying to steal money from the USA.

Reason why polls had it all wrong: majority of Americans are really bigots, racists and sexists, but unlike Trump they do not want to show it.

Actually the majority of Americans voted for Hillary. Trump won the election though fair and square. The end numbers were 48.7% to 48.5% I believe for Clinton, but a big win for trump on electoral votes. It shows that there are a lot more closet bigots out there than most would have thought. But it's not the majority of Americans, even if you assume anyone who voted for Trump falls into that category, which I do not. I think it likely applies to about half of them, and then there's a big group of bible thumpers who will deal with him because of his other policies. Then a larger portion of Americans who think he will be a disaster (myself included).

I know politicians don't have a good track record when it comes to keeping promises, but the part that will really interest me is whether he follows up on this:

"For every new piece of legislation, two pieces of existing legislation will be removed".

Enough cycles of that and we will see small government, which would be way Cool!

Trump will be a good president regardless of how the media painted him and the off remarks that he made. i m not even American but thats how it is. the best thing the rest of the world can learn is the peaceful transition of power from 1 government to the next.

It is probably not a surprise to you that Hillary and Obama and the press have all lied to create the riots in the streets.  CNN has just projected Trump will win the popular vote too.  What a shock.

Yes, the peaceful transition will happen, of course.

The good president part. Laughable.

I hope Trump does what he says. I think he will be good for the country, He is a Nationalist and a figurehead for Americans who have been getting thrown under the bus for over 30 years since the last time the Clinton crime family had the oval office. Remember NAFTA and GATT so called free trade agreements/gut the manufacturing in America and send it to Mexico and China? American are sick and tired of GLOBALISM/robbery of their country for the 1 percent while screwing over everybody else over. You libtards and your Clinton lying media tripped you all up, you all were in an echo chamber, wanted to think that the polls were true, but they were not. You were all over confident and when you realized you were going to lose, it was too late to steal it. (Google project Veritas)I personally didn't vote for Trump because I don't want a leader/owner, but Hillary would be an Obama on steroids. Maybe even war with Russia, with all the Clinton camp baloney, that Russia hacked her emails. Remember the NSA knows all. At least Trump built many businesses and world class buildings in his career. Hillary has been a politician for over 30 years and if you an American and lived through her and husband's policy, know America is worse off for it. Just like the Britexit, it is a sign of the times, the left policies have failed, people are tired of all wars and the left's moralizing to flood Europe and America with populations that don't want to mix and try to turn our countries into a copy of their mess of a country they just came from and chop our heads off or blow themselves up or shoot everybody in sight because we don't want to believe act as they do. So The Left are left wanting now, they are only addicts of power, they only care about stuff we care about so they twist it and get more power out of it. You want the political Left utopia, look to USSR and Stalin 50 million killed, or China's Mao 80 million killed, or Pol pot in Cambodia 4 million killed. Then you have Venezuela. Anyways enough said.

The apple cart turned over big time twice, and pray there are major worldwide changes to derail the agenda, or we will all be gone in a year or two!
