In the Netherlands a law was passed restricting the use of loudspeakers.     A certain group of people wanted church bells to be stopped.   I don't know how successful they were, but one wonders why they migrated if they're not ready to assimilate.

It was not immigrants but local Dutch residents who campaigned to stop one particular church from ringing it's bells every morning at 7:15. Not because they were church bells, but because they exceeded the pre 7:30 am 80 decibel limit.

Court backs ban on early-morning church bells

There is a political party in the Netherlands who want to ban the call to prayer being broadcast from mosques: despite there being only three mosques in the entire country who do it, and they have to, and do, comply with the strict regulations on noise levels: Mosques baffled by SGP plan to ban calls to prayer: we don’t do it in NL, they say

The SGP, which believes the Netherlands should be run according to Biblical principles, said on Friday that it is including a ban on mosques calling people to attend services in its manifesto for the 2017 general election.

Hmm. a political group who want to rule the country on their religious principles; now who does that remind one of?

As for you wondering why migrants wont assimilate, perhaps you should ask those who live, or have lived, in a Muslim country and have posted their complaints about the call to prayer being broadcast there!
