Masticating Juicer Recommendations - Budget ~3000 THB

Featured Replies

I'm heading back to Koh Phangan in mid December & looking to purchase a good quality masticating (slow) juicer that must perform well with dark leafy greens / veges. I'm currently using an Omega 8224 here in NZ which has been going strong for years now & have been enjoying green drinks on a daily basis! My budget is around 3000 THB max - if I can a score a solid performing good quality one for less then even better..! Preferably would be easy to clean too....

Must be able to ship to Koh Phangan or available to purchase on the island - if anyone has any recommendations it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks! :)

I have a Panasonic juicer (MJ-SJ01) purchased at Power Buy during a promotion for about B3000 that does a good job juicing leafy greens such a kale and spinach.  Whether it is a "masticating" juicer I know not.

When I did my research before buying, it was clear that most low priced units lacked the power for anything but soft fruit: apples, grapes ect.  It seems a minimum 650 Watts motor is recommended for leafy greans.

I do not know if Power Buy has online or phone ordering available.
