Hi All

A couple of queries, I am here on a first 90 day entry of a multi non-o, based upon marriage to a Thai. It is due to expire in two weeks and I must either cross the boarder and return to activate another 90 days, or can I go to my local immigration office and apply for an additional 60 days, If so what documents do I need to take, I am bit confused? As I understand it currently my wife has to go with me, which is no problem.

Second question does anyone know if my local immigration office at Suphanburi (just a short walk up the road) can do this.

Many thanks for any help

You wife will need to be with you when you apply for the 60 day extension.

Marriage certificate plus a copy. Copies or you wife's house book registry and ID card.

Proof of residence will be needed unless living where your wife's house book is for.
