The scars are from where she was stitched up.  So, some of her face must have been ripped off.

 

 

It is heartening to read of a success story such as this one both in terms of the joy to the young lady as well as bringing hope to an ugly old fart like me

 

Maybe one day the mating call so often heard in the past but with increasing scarcity nowadays of "hello Han som man" may once more bring joy to an ageing old git such as I
