Hi guys,

 

i treated myself for christmas with a new hero5 cam and i am in need of a external microphone adapter....i been everywhere i know and cant find one in chiang mai...anybody any idaes?

ps.its not just a standard cable,it has to be the new gopro adapter or it wont work!

When I read Go Pro I think of nutters on Bicycles and Motorbikes with one bolted on their head acting like buffoons.

No,you wont find it on ebay for this price....its not a standard adapter,standard adapters dont work....the original adpter costs around 60usd and there are still no knock offs to find.

Hmmmm.... You just might want to take a look. These are not 'standard' mic adapters. They are specifically made for the GoPro 5. Some offers include the required skeleton frame case as well.

 

Original GoPro equipment  from GoPro is outrageously expensive. I've bought several different items, including two different GoPro cases from E-bay for 1/4 of what GoPro was selling them for. One of which we took down to 30m on dives with no problems at all.

 

However, as always, the choice remains yours.

The first six responses list the external mic adapter for the GoPro Hero5.

 

 

Did the TM30 nightmare today on the 3rd flr. at Promanada (death-spiral) Mall,or rather my in laws did it ,so it was rather painless. There is a shop next door to the Immigration office that looks well stocked with gopro/ dashcam product & accessories. Might be worth a look if you are over that way.

They dont work with HERO5,only 3+4.

 

The title is wrong and in the description they even state it.

Gonna try it tomorrow,but been to airport plaza and there are a few well stocked places but none had the adapter......
