I would change, "Be of good cheer" to "Wishing the best for you always".

รักและคิดถึง is a standard sign off between friends. รัก means 'love' if you are lovers or 'like' if not. คิดถึง >thinking of you. Often translated as 'miss you'.

Now for the scribble.
miss you beyond a lot. do you know what you will do , where you will go? Thinking of you all the time. Today we ate ice cream (can't read what sort) great taste same as (can't read ) favourate which Dto brought form Korea for me (Can't read) sitting tears flow every time.
