On the other hand it may be seen that the 17 yo is more of a risk of doing a runner than the 73 yo Dane...................... Both guilty of crimes, but it does seem strange that after 'the act' the boy reported it. Accompanied by members of a 'welfare group'. IMO the 'welfare group' didn't do much to prevent the consensual act in the first place.
