What do you think is in this stuff, is it an old thai recipe?Well, to be honest, I think loads of MSG and artificial flavour.I tried them because it sounded good to me also but I didn't like the pungent flavour.However, you could experiment with putting some of the ingredients used in Yum Gai zaap into the breadcrumb coating.Such as lime juice, roasted rice powder plus onion + garlic powder, celery powder, dried lemongrass and it might come close to the KFC flavour Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
