Thai consumer protection board delays

Featured Replies

Have had my lawyer lodge a broken contract complaint for purchase of a ( Condo - against Tulip Group ) .  We terminated the contract as per contract conditions because of their failure to build on time .  It's been nearly 3 months with consumer protection board pattaya !  . Has a case no but no manager . Is it best just to forget it ? Involves 1,474 million baht plus interest .  Chasing refund as per  contract  clauses. But it's Thailand !!

If its one specific project, it is possibly an extremely complicated legal situation with many involved parties. it maybe beyond the capacity of the CPB to deal with it, and possibly due to ongoing legal actions/investigations they are not allowed to do anything.

I have not been there recently so the whole thing may have been resolved and if so ignore my post, or if its at another development. Just a thought.
