Pol Lt-Colonel Theerawat Chansriphetch, deputy chief of Saensuk police in Chon Buri, said 50-year-old engineer Suthep Poshsomboon filed a complaint against the three teens, accusing them of assaulting him.

Theerawat said the three would be summoned for interrogation tomorrow and police would also summon the driver of the van the three were riding in to face charges as well.

"The superintendent added that he would summon a web page poster, identified as yakdungdiewjadhai V4, for questioning. The latter was alleged to be the person who posted a video clip about the shooting incident which went viral in the social media."

How very sad and very predictable. No doubt time to shoot the messenger.

This might catch on you know.  Whilst waiting at a U-turn, two young boys crashed into me.  They are trying to screw nearly 8 million out of me and my insurance company.  The driver had no licence nor helmet.  Could I counter -sue for the loss of my car (3 months & counting); stress at impending legal proceedings; anxiety at my treatment by racist cops?

A bit off topic but.

Why is your insurance company not

taking care of everything ?

If it was me  , the  guys would not get a penny.

Why are you letting this happen ? did you sign something at the police station

saying you were to blame ?

Just asking :jap:

Hold on changy."the kids wanted a fight" supposing they had killed him? I will agree that a shot in the air, as a warning would have been the order of the day, But many Thais carry guns in their cars. Its Their stupid rage that makes them pull the trigger.

Still don't see any good guys there.

He pointed the gun at the guy and killed him. :jap:

PS I have no time or care for people  that want to carry  guns around with them in public.

Can't even trust your insurance company guy. I had an accident caused by a Thai. Even my insurance guy tried to persuade me to admit that I was at fault.

I have not time or care for people who assault me.

In this case a gun can save your life.

Ok

You would go to jail for 20 years  here if you did that.

if he had not a gun ,   bet no one would have died.

People who have guns in public

are bad guys.

Wonder how many times he had got the gun out on

people before ? obviously it was not just  just for show

was it ?

And i would agree with you on that point. But sadly we live in a country where a gun seems to be a must have item.Colour co-ordinated hand guns and big 4x4 pickup's.And the punishment for carrying is pitiful.Shit, mate,my Mrs was even allowed to have one in the bar, if she wanted. In fact, our tame plod wanted to sell her one.Now Ive seen my Mrs kick off,and its not a pretty sight.God only knows what she would have done if she could put her hands on a shooter. Her cousin down the road has a gun, or so he says.I asked him once if he had ever shot any body with it.He said "not yet,but the day is young"Seriously changy, i do agree but it seem s to be the norm here.We aint at home anymore, unless you are an American:smile:

That's it,  your off the Christmas card list for that. :giggle:

Im just anti gun, was brought up with guns in the uk

never felt the need or wish to carry one around.

and would not have one even if i could in Thailand.

We  cant just all join the stupid hot head club can we.

I wonder what people would say on Tv,   if after the guy was murdered

one of his mates had got his gun out and killed the car driver  and all other

people in the car.

Think the conversation would be about gun laws and not murder.

Ps   Even worked with an America guy years back.

his right hand was a mass of scars and two finger were gone,  when he was a small boy he and his brother found his dads gun , they played with it.

he was lucky to have lived.

This has nothing to do with the insurance but with their service guy or agent who deal with the accident.

A call to the headquater and maybe another agent will contact you.

And a dashcam in your car will be your best choice!!! :-)
