Actually, it used to be $5,000. I don't know what it is now. I know the OP, super nice guy. He loves keeping and taking care of animals and fish (the reef). He is an extremely conscientious caretaker and if he ever did take care of an elephant the elephant's life would likely be improved immeasurably.
