Last date for re-entry?

Hi,

I have a multiple entry non-immigrant 'O' visa. The visa was issued on the 3rd March 2016 and expires on 2nd March 2017. The visa states 'Enter before'  2nd March. Does this mean that the last date for a re-entry stamp is 1st March (i.e. before 2nd March) or the 2nd March?

You can enter on the enter before date and still get a new 90 day entry.

Best to plan to do it on the day before in case their was any delay in doing it.
