*We have 2 kids that are aust citizens by decent.

*shes a nutter and went off the rails while we lived in her village.

*yes she got a big load of stuff and sold it etc, yes i am stupid but done

*me working fly in and out thailand.

*kids were getting shit education so i wanted to move them to aust for better education.

*had to work so the nutter(wife) came to look after kids.

*ok for a while but she is running around again.

Now i want to divorce and want the best outcome for kids and her and of course me!

Is Adultery grounds for divorce?

Best way to do it cleanly and quickly?

Advice advice advice all accepted and welcomed.

Sorry for your situation mate, but you are 1 of many in that situation.

I know been there done that, but never got the t-shirt.

If you want your kids get a good education get them out, only thing you will need her agreement.

Prepare yourself to lose most of what you have here.

Just do what is right for your kids, forget her, she will never change.

AFAIK Female adultery is grounds for divorce - if you have evidence of that, you should keep it as it'll help you get the divorce.

Since there are kids involved, pick a lawyer and do things in Thailand - you'll always be better with the assistance of a lawyer.

Another reminder to always make a prenup before marrying someone. Anyway I wish you the best in that.
