Day-pay gym in Jomtien?

Is there a walk-in/pay-by-the-day gym at Jomtien Beach?

 

I will be staying there for 10 days in April and I want to use a basic gym, treadmill, cross-trainer, basic free weights etc.  I'm staying in a guesthouse, so this accommodation has no gym.

The worst of any gym anywhere in Thailand !

 

Any other option ? At least something decent ?

On soi7 about 100 m up from beach. It's like a boxing inside /outside gym

They have weights there. Unfortunately if you are a nonsmoker it could be a problem
