BANGKOK: -- More passengers who were cheated by an illegal tour company for a tour in Japan filed complaints with the Crime Suppression Division (CSD) police in Bangkok this morning after they were stranded at Suvarnabhumi airport last night because the chartered flights to fly them did not exist.
