CHON BURI: -- Tourism Minister Korbkan Watnawarangkul visited the annual Wan Lai Festival at Bang Saen Beach in Chon Buri province on Monday.

She was welcomed by Chon Buri governor Phakkarathorn Thienchai and tambon Saensuk municipality mayor Naronchai Khunpluem at the two-day fair, which kicked off on Sunday.

The minister watched a sea boxing activity and also observed about 100 sand sculptures built by private firms, government agencies, universities, schools and local administrations from all over Chon Buri.

After the fair, another Wan Lai Festival will be held on Pattaya Beach on Tuesday and Wednesday.
