jaiyenyen
Is there any reason you can't use parcel string from the post office?

I'm not sure, I thought there may be a cleanliness issue, I have found "food grade" quality butchers twine on Lazada but it is currently sold out. In the end i gave up and ordered Silicone bands from Ebay.
jaiyenyen
I can't imagine much harm could come to you from tying up a piece of meat with parcel string, and cooking it. Like my old mum used to say " A little bit of dirt never hurt anyone".
petedk
I asked at Foodland and they told me that they use parcel string taken from their stationary section to tie up their roasts.
