arkom Posted April 20, 2017 Posted April 20, 2017 Recently returned from a trip the US with my Thai wife. We landed in SFO and I went through immigration with my US Passport and was cleared in less than 15 mins. She, however, went in the foreign passport line but because there was another flight that landed before ours there was a really long line and it took almost 2 hours for her to get through. Thought didn't cross my mind before, but I was wondering if it was possible for her to accompany me through the US passport line since we are traveling together. Has anyone done this?
Spaniel Posted April 21, 2017 Posted April 21, 2017 Last year when (Thai) wife and I arrived at Dulles their was no problem when she accompanied me through the US passport line.
Ahab Posted April 21, 2017 Posted April 21, 2017 I have also brought my wife through the US line with me on several occasions before she became a US citizen with no issues. I also go through the Thai line with her when flying into BKK and have never had an issue.
