I believe that most if not all of the terrorist incidents in the UK come from Native UK citizens or those from the Commonwealth. Maybe the EU will be safer if the UK leaves.

I can't respond to a post that doesn't make sense, sorry. ?

Whether one is pro or anti Brexit I think it is fair to say  that her statement is an honest one. It is not going to be easy on the UK and they will not have the same access to the market plain and simple.

Let me put it into small words for you. You said that the UK  not having open door policy including terrorists was rational. I pointed out that terrorists in the UK are mostly if not entirely from the UK. Therefore, by your reasoning, the EU would be safer if the UK was outside the EU. If I have to, I will try to break this down into even simpler words but it won't be easy.

Maybe the future to decide who we allow in our country, Reich Chancellor Merkels idea of having an open door policy to all and sundry, including terrorists doesn't really go down well with rational thinking Brits. We cannot remove undesirables from our country because the EU says no, do you you think the Brits want to live in a dictatorship, I suggest not!

How is that possible? My country sends rejected refugee seekers back to Afghanistan etc.

EU don't stop it.

If you wouldn't mind that would be very nice.

What is your country? When Theresa May was home secretary she (and six other home secretarys) tried to remove Abu Qatada from the UK for having links to terrorists organisations, the EU said it infringed his human rights, they were not bothered about the rights of the British people. It took 8 years to get rid of this parasite.

Finland. These return flights don't hit the news very often.

Some refugees are returning to their home countries by themselves as their lives were what they expected up north.

Yes, some of the terrorist incidents within the UK have been caused by native UK citizens.

These citizens to the absolute shock of their friends and family, have converted from Christianity to Islam and swiftly followed the path into extremism, having been converted by terrorist supporting Imams living in the UK illegally.

Merkel needs to remember that every country in the EU does not want mass illegal immigration within their respective countries.

Always funny to see the Britons panic at the first realistic statement of Angela Merkel.

Brexit has not yet begun, friends, and its most destructive effects are to come. You have to prepare for it because the isolation has a price and you will have to pay it, in particular by abandoning any plans to maintain a fruitful financial trade with the Union. Merkel said nothing else.

The probable election of E. Macron in France promises a couple of strong leaders at the head of the EU. Thus, our destinies will be clearly separated, as we wish in Europe that some other members of the union be excluded, merely preoccupied by their commercial advantages and which do not play collectively. Poland, for example, but there are others.

That's a rather bizarre analysis, EU safer without the UK?

Over the past 18/24 months it's the EU heartland's that have become the prime focus of Terrorism, just one example was British intelligence assisting French authorities.

Merkal is so right. The pro Brexit posters on this forum, rubbish anything that is negative about brexit, even if it comes from a reliable source.

Were all those Poles that the Brexiteers were complaining about illegally in the UK? Were any of them illegally in the UK? Okay, maybe a few were there illegally with false passports. But overwhelmingly, as I recall, the Brexit vote was about what some Britons perceived to be the deluge of legal Eastern European immigrants.

Your assertion that the EU prevented the deportation of Abu Qatada is incorrect, it was the ECHR , which found that a right to a fair trial would be breached due to Jordans use of evidence gained by torture being admitted from one of his co-defendents

I'd go further and say it was a really stupid thing to say. But then, the reasoning behind it pointed out the falseness of the post it was aimed at.

Germany can only be thinking about how much more of their money they will have to use to keep Greece and others of The EU afloat the if Le Pen gets elected and France moves out Wow, Germany and others will be debating about how to keep The EU alive. Sell all of your Euros today and buy The Pound.

Despite all of the presidents, commissioners and other layers of EU hierarchy, this just goes to show who really is the fuhrer!

And if, as seems overwhelmingly likely, Le Pen doesn't get elected and France stays in the EU, I guess the UK will be thinking about what it's going to be like to be outside the largest free trade zone, in terms of population, in the world.

That 8 Billion is the latest figure per month trade deficit with the Eurozone, around 96 Billion a year.

Total trade with the Eurozone is running around 360 Billion a year.

All that is not gong to instantly grind to a halt, Europe will apply the default WTO regulations and taxes on UK goods. It is up to the UK to define the taxes on imported EU goods. The UK could, presumably, carry on as it is now until an FTA has been put in place. Except some pig headed bureaucrat jobsworthies will get in the way and mess it up.

The trading deficit is becoming a big issue and will become worse if the Eurozone starts to demand settlement in Euros and not accept bits of GBP paper. Stand by for the next lurch down in the GBP as it slips down the ranks of "hard" currencies.

The next blow could be a reunification of Ireland. I reckon it would be a great move for the Irish, they should go for it.

Don't you think it should be up to Britain who has the right to decide, do other countrys know whats best for us, any threat to our country should be up to our elected leaders, not some unelected beaurocrat in Brussels.

Unfortunately

1. There are no real leaders in the UK. Haven't had any politicians of stature and forcefulness since Thatcher. Since she left we have had a string of self-serving incompetent wimps.

2. This has left the country blundering around with no sense of any direction, except since Blaire it has been a "caring society" or now a "compassionate society". Well, that is a rousing call to inspire, innit?

3. So the electorate, with no vision of a prosperous future, simply votes for the best of the bunch of losers. Which is May, as Labour has not got a mission anymore.

As you've failed to elaborated on your analysis along with certain post terminology I'll refrain from your post contributions on this thread.

I totally agree with you on Thatcher, and what makes you think Mrs May will not be a great leader, like her or not, she is the best we have got and to get the best deal from the EU she must be given all the support we can give her, it's in all our interests. We cannot send TM and her team with one hands tied behind her back, just look at the other partys and be grateful we have someone like her. Too many people on here want brexit to fail, we have to accept that brexit is going to happen and it is no good cutting our noses off to spite our faces.

I'm guessing you are not British, and maybe your from a country where your payments into the EU purse will have to go up without the UK's subscriptions, and just maybe, like a few on here suffer from the sour grape syndrome, but only guessing?

Mrs Merkel is of course Bundeskansler (federal chancellor) NOT Reichskansler  (unless of course it was a puerile "achtung Spitire" type of embarrassing slur)
