Looking for a Harley Davidson frame, any model, with green book.  Doesn't matter what else it has, if anything.  Just need a frame (condition not really important even) and greenbook.

You are looking for hens teeth brother.
They are just not out there and if they are then they will cost the same as a bike with an engine, wheels etc.
A junker with a book will cost you at least 400,000.
A guy in Phuket bought my 92 fatboy for 400,000 just for the book, said he was making a custom and the entire bike was getting dismantled and parted out just so he could get the frame and book.
