90 Days Reporting @ Big C Lat Phrao

It has been a few years since I did my 90 days at Big C LP and need a quick heads up on it.

 

What time does it open/close and what time is it closed for lunch?

 

5th floor?

 

Does it have a separate 90 days desk with a numbered queueing system?

 

Any photocopies needed, or just passport, TM47 form and old slip?

Opens 1030 same as general mall area and believe closed 12-1300 for lunch.  You line up and get queue at entry door.  There was a dedicated window on far right for non adjacent country reports but someone recently reported it not used (but holiday period so perhaps just on that day).  Just passport/old receipt and filled TM.47 required.

 

I have been doing by mail for the last year and find that works fine.
